Bringing God’s Word into Every Home
A project aimed at encouraging families to engage with Scripture in their homes
Many families in Malawi lack access to Bibles due to financial constraints or limited availability. With the Family Scripture Engagement Pack Project we remove those barriers by placing Bibles directly into homes, allowing families to read and understand God’s Word together. Studies show that faith-based discussions in the home play a vital role in strengthening individual spiritual journeys. By creating an environment where children grow up engaging with Scripture, this initiative lays a solid foundation for lifelong Christian faith and values.
Project Goals
Provide free Bibles and faith-based literature to families who lack access.
Encourage daily Bible reading, prayer, and faith discussions within households.
Strengthen spiritual growth and Christian values through consistent family engagement with Scripture.
Support struggling families by offering resources that bring hope, encouragement, and faith renewal.
How it works
Identification of Families in Need: We work with churches and community leaders to identify households that do not have access to a Bible.
Distribution of Family Scripture Engagement Packs: Each pack includes a Bible, a devotional guide, and interactive materials to facilitate discussion and study.
Encouragement of Family Devotions: We encourage families to set aside time for collective Bible reading, prayer, and reflection.
Follow-ups and Impact Assessment: We work with local churches to track how families are engaging with Scripture and how it impacts their spiritual growth.
